It is with great joy that we announce the first thematic dossier of the journal Científic@ with a theme of great relevance for citizenship and to combat inequalities: "Gender, body and identities: knowledge and powers under debate". Throughout its four years of existence, this journal has proposed to disseminate scientific knowledge and regional academic production, seeking to foster social development through education. Consequently, reiterating its commitments, it presents in its first dossier a fundamental theme for the full and critical exercise of citizenship.
