Abstract

The present work y has as object of study, present itself in the provision of a Family Holding, which portrays the Patrimonial and Successory Planning realized in the Brazilian legal order. Thus, it discusses a problematic question as people choose not to carry out a planning of their estate in life, leaving aside Inventory, and sometimes the Testament, as a solution for their heirs, in the problematic dealings, with regard to rights copyright. and acquired capital duties. However, this monograph presents an alternative means to elucidate this imbroglio, by means of the constitution of the Family Holding. In an attempt to reach the main objective of the Holding approach, as a planning tool in Brazil, a proposal was developed of the foundations of the Holding in Brazil, pondering the terminological concept and its species. In addition, it lists the benefits of disposing of a Family Holding, especially in relation to the slowness of the judicial inventory.
